They have great comedic chemistry where Josh often serves as the foil, but in good sport and comedic sense adds fuel to keep the topics funny and interesting. George serves as the comedic manager and always keeps it funny no matter what the topic. Raul being the catalyst from taking a premise from laugh out loud to hysterical.
